According to critics, Shatta Wale just mentioned \u201cFreedom\u201d and \u201cMy name is Shatta Wale\u201d which makes the song go into the records of Ghanaian music as one of the \u201cuseless songs\u201d ever recorded but some also argue that it is creativity.<\/p>\n<p>Shatta Wale in a chat with Jerry Justice on Adom FM in Accra has confessed that he entered the booth to record the \u2018Freedom\u2019 tune because Patapaa was making waves with his \u2018One Corner\u2019. The SM4LYF boss revealed that he initially wanted to give the song to the Agona Swedru-based musician but changed plans later because he, Patapaa worried him in 2017 with his only hit single.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet me confess today. Patapaa worried me a lot so he made me record the freedom song. I wanted to give the song to him but I changed my plan later. I\u2019m saying this and God knows that I am not lying. That is how smart I am.<\/p>\n<p>Patapaa\u2019s One corner got me asking why God didn\u2019t bring the hit song to Accra but took it to Swedru.
