Young persons with entrepreneurial ideas can win up to $100,000 in cash and support to fund their idea in the McDan Entrepreneurship Challenge 2018.<\/p>\n

The competition is funded by business magnate Daniel McKorley popularly called McDan. The reality television competition will see the ultimate winner walk away with funding and mentoring support of $25,000 to fund his or her business idea.<\/p>\n

Entries opened for McDan Entrepreneurship Challenge 2018<\/p>\n

It is our pleasure to announce that registration has opened for the all new McDan Entrepreneurship Challenge 2018.<\/p>\n

The reality television competition will see the ultimate winner walk away with funding and mentoring support of $25,000 to fund his or her business idea.<\/p>\n

On 1st January, 2018, the registration portal opened for young entrepreneurs to apply to partake in the competition. You can visit www.mcdanentrepreneurshipchallenge.com to apply to be part of the competition or to learn more.<\/p>\n

Business mogul Daniel McKorley, known widely in business circle as McDan is investing $100,000 to support young people with bright ideas as part of his dream to help create more millionaires in the country.<\/p>\n

Tertiary students with entrepreneurial ideas as well entrepreneurs (between the ages of 16 and 29 years whose businesses have existed between 1 and 3 years) are eligible to apply for this competition.<\/p>\n

Youth unemployment remains the biggest national security threat to our dear country and the McDan Entrepreneurship Challenge is seeking to help empower the youth to confront this Danger by creating their own jobs.<\/p>\n

Fifty (50) young people will be selected to compete for the ultimate prize in the reality TV show which will be aired on selected TV stations across the country over a 9-week period. This will make it possible for members of the public to participate and learn some entrepreneurial skills for their own use. The McDan Entrepreneurship Challenge is being organized by the Today\u2019s Entrepreneurs Network (TEN Ghana), an organisation that is working to encourage the \u2018create your own job\u2019 spirit among young people in the country.<\/p>\n

Partner institutions include the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Ministry of Business Development, National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP) and Revolutionary Minds Communications (RM Communications).<\/p>\n
