The awards are entirely based on public voting. <\/p>\n<p>Black Stars Skipper, Asamoah Gyan beat of completion from deputy captain Andre Ayew, Thomas Partey, Duke Micah, Isaac Dogboe, Richard Commey, Saidck Adams and Winful Cobbbinah to win the Favorite Male Sports Personality of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Prolific Black Princesses striker, Princella Adubea emerged as the Female Sports Personality of the Year.
