Jonathan Mensah and wife flanked by Black Stars head coach Kwesi Appiah and former captain Appiah
Columbus Crew defender Jonathan Mensah married girlfriend Kafui Tinglafo on Saturday, 29 December in Accra.
The wedding ceremony was officiated at the International Central Gospel Church, Teshie Branch.
And the reception at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra.
The centre back’s wedding was attended by some past and current footballers including Stephen Appiah, Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah, Haminu Dramani and David Accam
Mensah becomes the second Ghana international to tie the knot this winter break after Deportivo Alaves striker Patrick Twumasi blessed his marriage.
The 27-year-old had a successful personal campaign in the MLS where he was named Columbus Crew’s Defender of the Year.
He scored one goal in 30 league appearances.
