Manchester United have announced the termination of their manager’s, Jose Mourinho, contract with immediately effect following unpleasant result that saw the former English champions languishing in 6th position and are 19 points adrift of League leader, Liverpool.
The Red devils hierachy announced that the Portuguese tactician would get a severance pay of around 24 million pounds after being relieved of his job midway into the 4 years contract he signed.
Former Manchester United defender, Patrice Evra, who left the Red devils to join Juventus before retirement took to his twitter handle following the sack to react by asking for a rebiulding process from the Red devils hierachy and their fans.
What he said:
The thing that is annoying me the most right now is why are people so focused on @paulpogba and Jose Mourinho. Let’s focus on rebuilding something solid instead of being in a playground. Doing this is only disrespecting the badge, from now we only need positivity. #ManUtd #MUFC pic.twitter.com/ClmWqmgf7G
