Ibrahim Tanko is calling on the fans in Kumasi to help his team to victory against Togo.
Head Coach of the National Under 23 team Ibrahim Tanko has called on the fans in Kumasi to troop to the Baba Yara stadium on Tuesday when they face Togo in a cliffhanger encounter.
Tanko revealed that, the decision to play the game at Baba Yara is because of the fans love for the National team and their unflinching support they throw to the team whenever they are in Kumasi.
” We chose to play the game here because of the fans. The fans in kumasi have always support the National team no matter what. The players always feel at home in Kumasi. I’m calling on the supporters to come and push us that Victory” He told Footballmadeinghana.com
Ibrahim Tanko also talked about how the local and the foreign players are jelling.
” The moral in camp is very high. The local and the foreign players are relating very well. And the on the pitch they are jelling very well. I’m sure we will be ready by Tuesday”
Black Meteors will face Togo on Tuesday 16 December 2019 at the Baba Yara Stadium.
