The round of 16 draws in the Champions have been conducted and interesting fixtures emerged in Nyon, Switzerland.
Last season’s finalists, Liverpool will have a mountain to climb when they face Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich.
Defending champions, Real Madrid will have a seemingly easy contest against Eredivisie side, Ajax Amsterdam. Barcelona will have a tricky tie with Ligue 1 side Lyon who went unbeaten in the group stage against the almighty Manchester City.
It will be a 50/50 chance when Mauricio Pochettino’s side, Tottenham play against surprise Group A winners, Borussia Dortmund.
Another pick in the bunch is an interesting fixture between Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United and Thomas Tuchel’s Paris Saint-Germain.
It will be a big European night for Atletico Madrid as they will host Juventus in the first leg on their home turf and the venue of the finals, Wanda Metropolitano.
First legs of the round-rubbing fixtures will hold on February 13-14 and February 18-19 while the second legs will hold on March 5-6 and March 12–13 2019.
