Ghanaian defender Faustina Ampah is set to join the Black Queens ahead of the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations after she arrived in the country on Monday.
Ampah, who plies her trade with Belarusian side Minsk FC will complete a list of foreign-based players invited to the team.
The former Black Princesses centre-back will join coach Bashiru Hayford and his charges on their arrival from Kenya and would be available for Ghana’s final friendly match against South Africa.
The Black Queens will take on the Harambee Starlets of Kenya in a friendly match on Wednesday.
