I’m not a witch, smoking made my son ‘mad’ – Kwaade’s mother

Madam Cecilia Sakia, the mother of rapper Okomfo Kwaade, says the numerous problems that have befallen her son, are self-inflicted.

According to her, Kwaade’s problems have been confirmed by every place she took him to for help.

She explained that the mental issues of Kwaade, born Jerry Anaba, started almost 12 years ago.

She revealed in an interview that she took Okomfo to some renowned pastors as well as ‘powerful’ traditional priests in Ghana for help.

They all told her that, if her son stops the smoking, he will be fine.

Indeed, the Okomfo Kwaade she noted, has been “fine” for the past five years at the Willingway Foundation, a rehabilitation center in the Ashanti Region.

Madam Cecilia, therefore, discounted claims that she had cast a spell on her son.
