Okada rider died in Okada accident

Otoase (E/R), Oct. 19,
GNA – Twenty- eight  year- old Kwame
Charles of Otoase, in the Ayensuano District, have died from an accident,
shortly after arrival at the Nsawan Government Hospital.

The accident happened
when the Okada motor bicycle that he was riding collided with another Okada
motorbicycle at Ayibonte, near Coaltar.

Charles of Otoase, in the Ayensuano District, have died from an accident,
shortly after arrival at the Nsawan Government Hospital.

The accident happened
when the Okada motor bicycle that he was riding collided with another Okada
motorbicycle at Ayibonte, near Coaltar.

Briefing the Ghana
News Agencyt (GNA) at Coaltar Police Station, a Police spokesman who confirmed
the incident, said the body of the diseased has been deposited at the Nsawam
Government Hospital for post-mortem examination, whiles three other persons who
were also involved in the accident and sustained injuries were at the same
Hospital responding to treatment.

According to the
police, the riders with two passengers on each motor bicycle, where dodging pot
holes on the road when the incident occurred.

Daniel Bukare,
Assembly Member for Otroase, Ayibonte Electoral Area, has appealed to the
Police to enforce the law to get the motor riders to put on helmets to help
save lives.

Meanwhile the police
are investigating the incident.
