Adjie-Kojo (GAR), Oct. 15, GNA – The Amanak
Group of Companies has presented various items to the Tetteh-Ocloo State School
for the Deaf at Adjei-Kojo in the Tema West Municipality.
The items donated included three bags of gari,
10 bags of rice, 10 packs of toilet-roll, washing powder, bar soaps, assorted
drinks, cooking oil, cartons of milk, packs of bottled and GH¢4,000.00 cas

Adjie-Kojo (GAR), Oct. 15, GNA – The Amanak
Group of Companies has presented various items to the Tetteh-Ocloo State School
for the Deaf at Adjei-Kojo in the Tema West Municipality.
The items donated included three bags of gari,
10 bags of rice, 10 packs of toilet-roll, washing powder, bar soaps, assorted
drinks, cooking oil, cartons of milk, packs of bottled and GH¢4,000.00 cash.
Mr Alexander Amanor Narh-Gbeeku, Director of
Amanak Group of Companies, said his outfit presented the items as part of their
corporate social responsibility.
Mr Narh-Gbeeku, who is also known as Nene
Azizah III, of Niweantse of Laweh Saunya Clan at New-Ningo, added that he
believed that those who were fortunate must help vulnerable people in society
in line with biblical teachings.
He appealed to other corporate organizations
to help meet the needs of People Living With Disability (PLWD) especially in
such schools.
He pledged to provide the school clinic with
some drugs as it currently lacked the necessary medicine and equipment to treat
the students.
Mr Isaac Arthur, Head teacher for the school,
received the items, thanked the company for the kind gesture and called on
others to emulate the gesture.
