Dennis Aboagye [C], Municipal Chief Executive for the Akuapim North
The Municipal Chief Executive for the Akuapim North of the Eastern Region, Dennis Aboagye has said the abuse of tramadol cannot be left hanging in the Municipality and has since roled several activities to campaign against it.
Speaking at the media launch of the Odwira 2018 festival, he noted that the Municipality is noted for serene environment and that what ever it must be done to attract people from far and near shall be done and also secure the image of the Municipality.
He added the Yellow Thursday is going to be an annual Thursday activities to tackle issues confronting them in the area. This year’s Yellow Thursday is slated to take place on 18th of October, 2018 with jamboree in the principal street of the Municipality.
The Executive Director for Trim Protocol and Event Nana Kwabena Nshira highlighted on most of the event which will happen during the Odwira Weekend Holidays and express gratitude to the Assembly for collaborating with them to entertain and educate people of Akropong and environs.
