MTN Nigeria recently launched a ‘first-of-its-kind’, tween and teen oriented mPulse, a proposition targeted at the young ones which will engage them in lots of exciting activities while learning and gaining useful skills.
The Chief Marketing Officer, MTN Nigeria, Rahul De, explained that the web-app was birthed as a result of the gaps seen in the tweens and teens space, he explained that if they are called the leaders of the tomorrow mPulse is not just a proposition but a complete ecosystem that can help.
The Senior Manager, Youth and Tween Segment, MTN Nigeria, Omotayo George, shared that the various gap areas were explored and they partnered with world-renowned experts like Google who created relevant content, and birthed a complete ecosystem.
The web-app which is targeted at young Nigerians between the ages of nine (9) and sixteen (16), gives access to a website and a progressive web app, uses minimal data as it is conscious of the income of the youth.
The proposition which can be accessed both on a mobile phone and via a system as a parent or student and gives parental control. It gives parents the opportunity to link with their ward’s phone, and transfer call credit as they please. George stated emphatically that they will continue to enhance the proposition.
This web-app will be the first of its kind in Nigeria and Sales and Distribution, Executive, MTN Nigeria, Adekunle Adebiyi, explained that MTN Nigeria has demonstrated that which it is very well known for.
