Management of Orca Deco cut the to launch the 15th anniversary celebration
Ghana’s leading retail home deco company, Orca Deco, today launched its 15th anniversary celebration with special discounts of up to 15% on all products.
Until 10 November 2018, customers who purchase any product at Orca Deco Spintex, Accra or at Asokwa, Kumasi will have the opportunity to spin a wheel and win a discount on all items as part of the anniversary celebration. Addressing the media at the launch event in Accra, Sales and Marketing Director of Orca Deco, Sonia Sharara explained, “For us, giving is the best way to celebrate your birthday. That’s why as we turn 15 this year, ORCA is giving up to 15% off on everything you buy, every time you shop at Orca”.
“Fifteen (15) years of doing business in Ghana has not been easy, but with dedication, commitment and consistency, the company has survived the test of time and we are happy to celebrate this day with you.
We have come a long way in the Ghanaian market, and it is important for us to celebrate this milestone with our staff, customers and partners for their loyalty and dedication.

The company is also planning to establish a furniture factory in Ghana after 15 years of operating in the country, however, the Sales and Marketing Director of Orca Deco; Sonia Sharara noted that this would only happen based on the future economic stability of the county.
She explained, “This factory will supply the different countries we operate in Africa, and Ghana is definitely one of the options since Ghana is one of the biggest countries within the orca group. But discussions are still ongoing.”
Orca started in Senegal back in 2000, 18 years ago. Today, the brand is proudly established in 16 countries in Africa, with 25 showrooms opened from West to Central and East Africa.
Orca Deco started operating in Ghana in 2003 with its maiden branch in Accra, on the Graphic Road. In 2005, it opened a branch in Asokwa, Kumasi. Later in 2012, the main showroom on the Spintex Road was opened. With 6000sqm and 15,000 items to choose from, it is the biggest furniture and decoration showroom in Ghana. In 2015, Orca Deco became the exclusive distributor of Natuzzi and Alf Italia, 2 Italian Brands specialized in high end furniture.
In marking the 15th year in Ghana, a specialized office furniture showroom will be opened early in November on the Spintex Road.
As part of our services, Orca Deco has in place an asset finance scheme with SGSSB and ECOBANK that enables salaried workers and companies in Ghana to purchase consumer items and pay over a period of 12 months with no interest or additional charges.
