Accra, Sept. 15,GNA – Outpouring To The
Nations Foundation (OTTN) in collaboration with Street Academy both Non-Governmental
Organisations have donated over 1,050 exercise books to some deprived children
in society to enable them continue with their education.

The donation which took place in Accra was to
ensure that the children have access to quality education with each child
receiving seven branded OTTN exercise books as well as a pen to assist them in
the 2018/2019 academic year.

Ms Sheila Azuntaba, the Chairperson OTTN
Foundation, said they believe in making sure that the grace of God, the love of
God, and the word of God was expressed by reaching out with a helping hand
hence, the gesture.

She said the Foundation had plans for Street
Academy and with time they would support them accordingly to enhance their
performance.

Ms Azuntaba urged the beneficiaries to study
hard in school to enable them become better people in the future.

Ataa Lartey, the Founder and Director Street
Academy, expressed gratitude to OTTN for the gesture adding, every child needs
formal education and that the economic situation of their parents should not
deny them of being educated.

For this reason he said, the academy supports
children to have formal education and be well educated to become whatever they
want to be in the future.

He announced that this term the academy had
enrolled 18 brilliant children in school and called for more support from
stakeholders to enable them send the children to school.

OTTN is an educational charity organization
and has supported Street Academy to help needy children have access to formal
education over the years.
