Accra, Sept.12, GNA – Ghana Premier League
side, Liberty Professionals were defeated 0-3 
by the Betway Talent Search team in a friendly encounter on Wednesday,
at the Lizzy Sports Complex, Accra.

Goals from Holyfield Djanie, Jacob Kingston
and an own goal, were enough to silence the Dansoman based club.

by the Betway Talent Search team in a friendly encounter on Wednesday,
at the Lizzy Sports Complex, Accra.

Goals from Holyfield Djanie, Jacob Kingston
and an own goal, were enough to silence the Dansoman based club.

The friendly match, forms part of efforts to
select the best eight players out of the 24, who got selected to the Betway
Talent Search camp.

The Betway Talent Search team, would also play
another Premier league side Medeama before the technical team led by former
Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah selects the last eight players on Monday, September
24.

The 24 players, who are currently in camp will
be taken through extensive fitness and training sessions, educational seminars
on footballer’s do’s and don’ts.

The eight players from this year’s edition of
the Betway Talent Search will be drafted into the Betway Ghana sponsored clubs;
Ashgold Sporting Club, Medeama Sporting Club, Liberty Professionals Football
Club and Aduana Stars Football Club.

The Betway Talent Search event is for talented
players aged 18-25 in Ghana.
