Planet Fitness advertises their gym as a “judgment-free zone” to get people of all shapes and sizes to exercise without being afraid of being judged.

However, one man may have taken this a bit too literal and he was arrested.

34-year-old Eric Stagno of Haverhill, Massachusetts, walked into a Planet Fitness gym in New Hampshire, where he wanted to do yoga.

He entered a room, removed his clothes, and began doing yoga. People who witnessed the act called the police. When officers arrived, Stagno was on his knees while totally nude.

When he was arrested, Stagno told police that he thought Planet Fitness was a “judgment-free zone” as advertised.

He was informed that it was indeed a “judgment-free zone” but not a clothes free environment.

Stagno was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, and disorderly conduct. Bail was set $40.
