The Gospel music industry in Ghana is about to experience a new whiff of artistry in gospel musician Boadiwaa.
Boadiwaa (known in private life as Mrs. Boadiwaa Delanyo Donkor) has released her latest single titled ‘Note from God.’
The song, according to her, is a message from God to humankind.
She said God revealed to her how humankind has made him the last resort when he is supposed to be the first point of call.
“God told me a lot of people are excited about Him on Sundays but forget about Him for the rest of the days. But he needs our attention every single day of our lives from, Sunday through to the next Sunday. The message is what I have composed into this song,” she stated.
The song features Akesse Brempong with production credit to Rich keys and Reindorf Owusu Bempa.
Boadiwaa believes that music is her calling.
“I believe the gift of singing and writing songs were given to me for a purpose. God places gifts in us as a channel to reach out to humanity,” she said.
She also noted that the gift of singing was identified in her at a young age and she had mentors who helped in grooming her.
She is signed to Upswing Music and managed by DOMA FLEX MANAGEMENT with PaaKWESI Ahensa as the head of management.
Boadiwaa released her first album ‘Utawala Wa Neema’ in 2013.
She is also known for songs like Eye Onoa.
