An FBI agent who got into trouble when his gunshot another man will once again be able to carry his weapon.

A judge in Colorado ruled that Chase Bishop, 29, can carry his gun again, both on and off duty, despite the fact that his gun shot and injured 24-year-old Thomas Reddington while he was doing backflips.

Bishop was off duty when he went to the Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar in Denver.

At some point, he began dancing and showing off his moves.

As the crowd cheered him on, the FBI agent did a backflip.

Denver police released the video of the incident, which showed the moment the firearm fell from the agent’s waistband holster onto the dance floor at about 12:45 a.m. on Saturday.

As the agent bent down to grab the firearm, it discharged.

Reddington, who was sitting at a table with his friends, was hit by the bullet.

He was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for the bullet wound to his calf before being released.

An investigation is underway, and Bishop was charged with second-degree assault.

Now, a judge ordered Bishop’s gun to be returned to him and he can use it while on and off duty.

Reddington, who works for Amazon, is suing the FBI as he is unable to stand many hours on his feet at work due to his injury.

However, the victim said that he does not want to get Bishop in trouble.

He also said that at first, he thought that someone fired a shot during an argument, but after learning about the backflips, Reddington said, he laughed while watching the video at least a dozen of times.
