Award winning Ghanaian rapper M.anifest has opened up to his fans. In a question and answer session on his official facebook page, the rapper answered some questions posed to him by fans. The session which lasted for an hour gave fans the opportunity to ask some devilishly probing questions about him of which he responded with very definitive answers.
“For the next hour only… ASK ME ANYTHING!” M.anifest wrote on his timeline
In a series of questions asked by fans, the one which caught the attention of EonlineGhana.Com had to do with his choice of quitting music.
A fan of the musician asked if there was ever a point in his life when he wanted to quit music
Was there any point in your life when you wanted to give up on music? – the fan asked
And Manifest responded that he contemplates once a month
Yeah. Once a month i contemplate this – he wrote. M.anifest revealed his exclusion from this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards was due to the fact that he didn’t submit any of his works for nominations — a business decision he took for this year.
He also revealed that writing of his lyrics is nothing mechanical — he doesn’t employ any literature books or a dictionary but it’s rather spiritual.
