Head Coach of Inter Allies, Kenichi Yatshuashi has tagged Nigerien star Victorien Adebayor as a work in progress that has plenty of room for improvement.
Adebayor light up the Ghana Premier League in his debut on matchday one with his brace and Man of the Match performance but was relatively quite as Kotoko defeated them by a lone goal in Kumasi on Sunday.
“I didn’t compliment him. I just said that he’s a very good player. In fact, he has a lot of room to improve. It’s a work in progress. We have a lot of good young players and they have to improve.
According to the American-Japanese trainer, one bad game or good game does not define a season but rather urged his charges to work hard and bounce back from this setback.
“Just because they have one good or bad game doesn’t mean they’re good or bad. They have to improve” Kenichi stressed in his post match presser
