He revealed that the primaries would take place 17 days after the compilation of a new register of members at polling stations and constituency levels outlining measures adopted by the party to ensure peaceful, credible and the success of their elections.

Mr. Amissah expressed happiness about the enthusiasm of aspirants vying for positions at the polling stations adding that thousands of the party members are willing putting themselves up to be elected

To this end, he appealed to Ghanaians to exercise greater restraint to enable President Nana Addo to address problems of unemployment, poverty, education and quality healthcare since better things are ahead this year.
