He said some of the counterfoil receipts which were supposed to be used for Subin sub-metro were used for &#8220;maybe Manhyia, and Manhyia for another place&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Antwi said all the information on the unauthorised General Counterfoil Receipts has been given to the regional police command.
