He reiterated that the 2020 presidential election would be a tough one; for which reason the NDC needs a more competent and credible leader.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Spio-Garbrah went on to tip himself as the ideal candidate for the party, thus discrediting former President John Dramani Mahama. However, the NDC Diehards group disagrees with him, stated a mynews.com report.
