I agree with him,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Kennedy Agyapong added many people in this part of the world are unable to achieve their dreams because they have failed to disentangle themselves from foreign influence.<\/p>\n<p>He bemoaned the overreliance on western culture and ways of doing things by some Ghanaians. <\/p>\n<p>The visibly worried legislator noted that the situation gets worse in some situations such that no amount of persuasion can move them from their preconceived positions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfricans and for that matter, Ghanaians have failed to live up to their expectations up till now because we have sold ourselves to the Whites.
