Peter Deever as a Deputy Managing Director (in charge of Special Projects), sparked a similar attempt where there was a remote-controlled trial-by-media agenda to tarnish the repute of the appointing authority and the leadership of GWCL.<\/p>\n<p>Though not accepted officially, there is a subtle power struggle at the apex echelon of GWCL over grumblings that the top hierarchy had appointees from only one region.<\/p>\n<p>The GWCL falls under the Ministry of, Water Resources &amp; Sanitation headed by Mr. Kofi Adda, a strong pillar from the North.<\/p>\n<p>The company has Ing. Dr. Clifford A. Braimah, another strong pillar from the North as the Managing Director and has Ing. Jacob Z.
