It is a matter of Africa so Africans have to look at what it is and make our pronunciation\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Though Rocky Dawuni could not clearly state his position on the subject, he tells JoyNews\u2019 MzGee, the onus lies with President.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe thing is that I don\u2019t like to impose my ideas on issues like this because, from my travels, my position has always been that I am not a judge of people.
