I would start the leave on Wednesday 27th December, 2017 and resume duty on Thursday 1st February, 2018.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn my absence, Dr Ebo Afful, the Acting Vice-Rector is to act as Rector\u201d it further stated.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this week, media reports were rife that the Rector Wilberforce S.
