He did not want his daughter being part of a dancing competition but now that I have won, he is very cool with it,” she said.

Love said despite how challenging the physical aspect of the competition was, she has always been an avid dancer. “The competition was tough but I always knew I would emerge victoriously and my win was expected,” she said.

For her prize, Love got a brand new saloon car and a fully-sponsored trip to Dubai, while first runner-up Mama Gee received a KIA pick-up truck and second runner-up Irene took home a tricycle (commonly known as Aboboyaa).

Each of the 10 finalists also received a cash prize of GHc2, 000 as well as souvenirs from sponsors.

Amina, who represented Tamale was given a special prize for a motorbike, for her momentous stint in the competition.

Di Asa was powered by Atinka Media Village, operators of atinkaonline.com, Atinka TV, Atinka 104.7 FM (Accra), Agyenkwa 101.9 FM (Kumasi), and Ahotor 102.3 FM (Takoradi).

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            قالب وردپرس

Entertainment of Thursday, 21 December 2017 Source: Graphic.com.gh 2017-12-21 Love Newton, winner of Di Asa After emerging victorious from a field of tough contenders, Love Newton, the winner of Di Asa, the dancing competition for plus size market women is hoping more opportunities will come her way.
