Kennedy Ohene Agyepong believes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will be a very difficult for a parliamentarian who is not probably a minister who has a budget to be corrupted\u2026.it is difficult because you are not working\u2026..you are relying on your salary from parliament so you cannot be corrupted\u201d, he explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am not saying ministers are corrupt\u2026..those who have budgets probably Chief Executives, people with cooperation [and] those who have budgets to spend they can be corrupt\u201d, he explained further.<\/p>\n<p>Hon.
