Let\u2019s look at reregistration of members which is currently underway and focus on righting the wrong that led to our defeat in 2016,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Suhuyini&#8217;s comment is in reaction to Mr Ricketts-Hagan&#8217;s letter to his colleagues declaring his intentions to run for the presidency.<\/p>\n<p>In a three-page letter to the Minority, he said the party needs &#8220;fresh legs&#8221; following his former boss&#8217; abysmal performance in the 2016 elections.<\/p>\n<p>There are reports that former president Mahama has unfinished business and must be given another shot at the presidency.<\/p>\n<p>To these reports, the former Central Regional Minister rebuffed it saying Mr Mahama has no &#8220;unfinished business.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is nothing like &#8216;unfinished business&#8217; by any one individual in governing a democratic nation, in fact, there is nothing to finish if you believe in democracy,&#8221; he maintained.<\/p>\n<p>But the Tamale North MP said the solution to the reasons why the NDC put up an abysmal performance at the last election does not lie with who leads the party.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe need to concentrate on why we lost and finding the solution to why we lost and then any other person we put up, we can all rally around.
