{"id":443981,"date":"2017-12-05T18:33:28","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T18:33:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ghana-mma.com\/2017\/12\/05\/chraj-clears-jinapor-asenso-boakye-of-corruption-allegations\/"},"modified":"2017-12-05T18:33:28","modified_gmt":"2017-12-05T18:33:28","slug":"chraj-clears-jinapor-asenso-boakye-of-corruption-allegations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2017\/12\/05\/chraj-clears-jinapor-asenso-boakye-of-corruption-allegations\/","title":{"rendered":"CHRAJ clears Jinapor, Asenso-Boakye of corruption allegations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Asenso-Abu-475x267.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"mashsb-container mashsb-main mashsb-stretched\"> <\/aside>\n<p>The Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), has acquitted the two deputy Chiefs of Staff of corruption allegations leveled against them by\u00a0Kwame Asare Obeng, aka A-Plus, a musician and sympathizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).<\/p>\n<p>The Dynamic Youth Movement of Ghana petitioned CHRAJ after the two senior government officials had been cleared in an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Department [CID], an outcome the group found questionable.<\/p>\n<p>Abu Jinapor and Francis Asenso-Boakye were accused of interfering in the affairs of Ghana\u2019s premier hospital, Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and piling pressure on the CEO Dr. Felix Anyah, to give back a revenue-collection contract to UniBank after the same contract\u00a0had been canceled.<\/p>\n<p>But CHRAJ in its findings which has been sighted by <strong>Kasapafmonline.com<\/strong> said it was<em> \u201csatisfied that the evidence does not support the allegations of corruption and abuse of power against Messrs A.
