I believe he\u2019s not ready to be in opposition with the NDC again and hence he wants to devise ways and means to get into NPP. He\u2019s stoking fire and when he lands himself into trouble then, he can say that NDC has neglected him when he\u2019d issues with the NPP and by so doing he will enter into NPP again,\u201d Odike told Kasapa 102.5 FM Friday.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>His comment comes after the ascerbic tongued ex President John Mahama loyalist, Appiah Stadium described President Akufo Addo as a \u2018monkey\u2019 and a \u2018wee'(marijuana) addict, which subsequently led to his arrest by the police this week.<\/p>\n<p>President Nana Akufo-Addo, according to a statement signed by the Information Minister, Mustapha Hamid indicated he will not take up claims made against him by the accused[Appiah Stadium] that he smokes marijuana, which led to his release from Police custody.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the fallout from Appiah Stadium\u2019s case, Odike said NPP must not entertain Appiah stadium lest he\u2019ll outsmart them,\u00a0 and manoeuvre to cross carpet to NPP like he did in the past.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cIf you\u2019ll remember he was once with the ruling NPP. Nana Akufo-Addo gave him money to rent a place at the time. It was even Akufo-Addo that arranged for him to visit abroad for the first time in his lifetime. If you\u2019ll recall just after NPP went into opposition, then he insulted some leaders and got himself into trouble. But he quickly crossed carpet to NDC,\u00a0 insisting that NPP mistreated him and abandoned him in court.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNow NDC is in opposition, and he wants to use the same strategy to find a stable life because he\u2019s desperate now. So I will throw a word of caution to the NPP to be very careful with Appiah Stadium. What he\u2019s to do is to fight so that the NDC returns to power.
