{"id":422874,"date":"2017-09-27T22:32:51","date_gmt":"2017-09-27T22:32:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ghana-mma.com\/2017\/09\/27\/asiedu-nketia-is-a-disgrace-to-ghana-politics\/"},"modified":"2017-09-27T22:32:51","modified_gmt":"2017-09-27T22:32:51","slug":"asiedu-nketia-is-a-disgrace-to-ghana-politics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2017\/09\/27\/asiedu-nketia-is-a-disgrace-to-ghana-politics\/","title":{"rendered":"Asiedu Nketia is a disgrace to Ghana politics&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"td-post-featured-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adomonline.com\/ghana-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Asiedu-Nketia.jpg\" data-caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"entry-thumb td-modal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/xAsiedu-Nketia.jpg.pagespeed.ic.yB2rFBk0Hm.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Asiedu Nketia\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Communications team member of the ruling New Patriotic Party [NPP], Edmund Kyei says the opposition National Democratic Congress [NDC] is yet to learn its lessons that caused them the 2016 presidential elections.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the party\u2019s trade of abusive words partly caused them their \u201cembarrassing\u201d defeat in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSuch filthy utterances and public skeptical of opinion leaders caused them badly yet no lessons have been learnt by the rank and file of the NDC,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Edmund Kyei\u2019s comments comes after the General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia noted that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo cannot deny the fact that he smokes \u2018wee\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>To him, until the president publicly denies a publication by Wikileaks that he is on drugs, he (Asiedu Nketia) will also tag him as a \u2018wee smoker\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>His claims was earlier made by NDC\u2019s popular serial caller Frank Kwaku Appiah popularly known as Appiah Stadium, who allegedly claimed the president is a \u2018drug addict\u2019 and likening him to an \u201cape\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Appiah Stadium, whose audio surfaced online raining insults on the president, has however apologized for his behavior \u2013 but the NDC Chief Scribe said that \u201cwhat Appiah Stadium said is the truth\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with Peacefmonline.com, Edmund Kyei who is also the Communications Director of the Asokwa NPP branch said \u201cAsiedu Nketia is a disgrace to Ghana politics. He always trades his fame with shame just to satisfy his political nuisance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He was of a view that \u201cHis [Asiedu Nketia] mischievous act is not news to the ordinary Ghanaian, for condoning and embellishing the awful act from Appiah Stadium . . . \u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis countless misdemeanors leveled against the president of the republic [Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo] has finally reached its paramount.
