AW:<\/b>\u00a0I don\u2019t have the company documents here but I know the company was incorporated about a year ago.<\/p>\n
GYD:<\/b>\u00a0Tender a document showing the date of the incorporation of the Company obtained from the Registrar General.<\/p>\n

AW:<\/b>\u00a0the company was not originally incorporated in 2014. It was done earlier if my memory serves me right.<\/p>\n

AW:<\/b>\u00a0It is a house owned by my junior brother who leaves in the USA.<\/p>\n
GYD:<\/b>\u00a0I suggest to you that your testimony that your junior brother owns the Abelempke house is false?<\/p>\n
AW:<\/b>\u00a0that is incorrect, the state has to prove its claim.<\/p>\n
GYD:<\/b>\u00a0I apply that he supplies the documents covering the ownership of the Abelempke house since he has disclosed that it is his brother that owns it and not him.<\/p>\n

Court orders that Mr. Woyome submits property ownership documents and property number by close of day Friday 28th July 2017 to the registrar of the Supreme Court.
