of government appointment letters have become. &#8220;We have seen letters signed by the President of our Republic appointing lower level employees of Limited Liability Companies.<\/p>\n<p>I even saw another last week or so appointing the MD of a bank when the bank has a Board of Directors and shareholders who have not been informed and no AGM held,&#8221;
