The bottom-up fold will determine the size of the pouch portion, while the top-down fold determines the size of your cover flap.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453520\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/image.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453519\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/image-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"head-alternate headline5 mg-05\"><strong>Step 2: Glue Pouch Seams<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve decided what size to make your pouch and flap, glue down the left and right seams to complete the pouch portion of your clutch.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453523\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/imm.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/>\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453522\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/immm.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"head-alternate headline5 mg-05\"><strong>Step 3: Attach Buckle Strap<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before gluing on the belt (i.e. the buckle strap), figure out where you\u2019d like the buckle to be placed on your clutch. Lift it up and place the belt underneath it, wrong side up and centered, with the buckle at the bottom. Now position the belt buckle in the spot where you\u2019d like for it to be on your finished clutch (as shown below).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453537\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/aa-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Mark the exact placement of the mat on the belt by drawing a line to mark the top edge and another to mark the bottom edge.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453525\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/a1.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453526\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/a2.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the placemat and apply glue to the belt between the marks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453544\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/22-3.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Reposition your placemat between the marks and press down firmly to attach.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453540\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/asd.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Now apply glue to the belt between the bottom edge of the pouch and the buckle.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453541\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/azx.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Fold the bottom of the belt up to attach it to the front of the pouch.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-453543\" src=\"http:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/fold.jpg\" alt=\"\"   data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"head-alternate headline5 mg-05\"><strong>Step 4: Finish the Buckle Fastener and Strap<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fold the top portion of the belt down and place a finger where you\u2019ll need to create a new hole (i.e. where the buckle tongue meets the pin).
