The video on the left provides a recipe for ‘Omo tuo’ also known as ‘Rice balls’. It is usually eaten with ‘Nkate kwan’ or ‘groundnut soup’. There is a recipe for the soup on the food page.

In the video the lady explains that you can use a wooden spoon but if you don’t have that you can also use a potato masher for the rice. Enjoy the Omo Tuo!
