Asante Kotoko duo, Isaac Quansah and Richard Osei Agyemang are not worried with reports that they have been named in the club’s reported transfer list.

Reports in the local media have it that the two are part of about ten players the club is transfer-listing based on the advice of the head coach Steve Polack.

Both players say they are not bothered about being named on the purported transfer list, as the Porcupine Warriors look to augment their squad ahead of the 2017/18 football season.

In an interview with Kumasi-based radio station Nhyira FM, Quansah said: “Am nursing an injury at the moment but have no problem should I be put on transfer because it’s part of life. Let’s wait to hear officially from management and will know what to do next.”

On his side, Osei Agyemang also told Nhyira FM on the same program that he’s heard overly that his name is in the list but will not be bothered if it appears true.

“I have heard my name circulating in the media that I have been put on transfer but management hasn’t informed me. Should it turn out to be true, I have no problem because such is life am cool with it,” the defender said.

Quansah joined the Porcupine Warriors from Heart of Lions and played a key part in their G6 campaign while Osei Agyemang joined from Berekum Chelsea two seasons ago.

Agyemang had seen little playing time since Polack assumed head coach position midway last season, an indication that he is not key to the plans of the Porcupine Warriors last season.

The FA Cup champions will officially announce the list of their transfer-listed players and conclude contractual talks with players whose contracts have hit the roof.
