The Winneba High court has nullified the September 15 Branch elections held by the UTAG branch of the University of Education, Winneba.
The national UTAG has been ordered by the court to organize and supervise fresh elections forthwith on all campuses of the University within 21 days.
The court on Wednesday, presided over by His Lordship, Justice Kwamena Ato Mills-Graves, declared the elections as null and void.
The lawsuit comes after the September elections organized by UTAG which allegedly sidelined members of the Kumasi and Ashanti Mampong campuses.
