The Brong Ahafo Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe has charged the minority Members of the Parliament to consider holding press conferences on the numerous corrupt deals that occurred under the John Mahama administration.

The Minority members of Parliament have been holding marathon press conferences for the past weeks to address various issues which they have accused the government of.

They have been accused of seeking to gain cheap popularity through the organization of the numerous press conferences on matters which they could have easily sought clearance from government officials.

Ashanti Regional Secretary of the NPP, Sam Pyne have for instance likened the NDC to a confusion of guinea fowls, which undertake actions before proceeding further to ask about the motive behind the actions they took.

Abronye DC, Kwame Baffoe insist the description is apt as the NDC have been holding baseless rampant press conferences.

He however urged the NDC to consider holding press conference to address various acts of corruption which occurred under the watch of President Mahama as that would be more beneficial to the country.

Scandals such as YEA, BULK, NPA, NADMO and others should be the issues the issues the Minority should address.

“The current minority in Parliament always runs for press conference on pity issues but fails to address issues that bothers the concern of Ghanaians. There are few examples like the NDC minority Rubber stamp failed to address a press conference on the shooting spree by NDC hooligans at Sankore Just last Saturday leading to the death of Kwaku Addai.

“They failed to address the rots that took place under their regime which have been exposed by the NPP government at Cocobod, NCA, National Security, NSS, YEA, BULK, NPA, NADMO and many other state institutions…,” he posted on his Facebook wall.
