Dr. Dominic Avogo died in a hotel room 300 meters away from the Dansoman Police station
Ghanaweb’s sources at the Dansoman Police have confirmed the death of one Dr. Dominic Avogo, a dentist with the Korle Bu teaching hospital.
Dr. Dominic Avogo died in a hotel room 300 meters away from the Dansoman Police station few hours after he had lodged in with his lover on Thursday, July 6th at 4pm.
According to the police, Dr. Dominic Avogo lodged into Telly Lodge with his lover at about 4pm on Thursday and after about two hours later, Dr. Avogo was found lifeless on the bed by the hotel caretakers after she (lover) had left.
Police sources say Dr. Avogo who will be 56 on 9th July and his lover who has been identified as Sara have been regular customers of the hotel for the past one year.
Dr. Avogo is a dentist and a senior lecturer at the Korle Bu teaching hospital, who is married with kids.
Meanwhile, ASP Afia Tenge confirming the demise of the dentist on Citi FM explained that remains of the doctor has been deposited at the morgue at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for autopsy.
