We’ve terminated Shilla’s contract – Kotoko

The management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has officially terminated the club’s team Manager Shilla Alhassan’s contract by mutual consent, according to the club’s communications department.

News of the former Kotoko striker’s exit from the technical team broke on Tuesday morning and Management explained that, it reached a mutual agreement with him to part ways.

“The decision to terminate Shilla Alhassan’s contract was by mutual consent,” said Obed Acheampong when briefing Asantekotokosc.com on Wednesday. The former goal poacher returned to Kotoko, this time in a managerial capacity, when he was named as Team Manager in January this year following the appointment of Croatian coach, Zdravko Logarusic, whose tenure at the club ended on April 9, 2017.

Shilla Alhassan was part of the technical team for 12 Premier League matches. He was very diligent and committed to his duties either at training sessions at Adako Jachie or during matches.
