WA All Stars play AS Tanda Friday

Ghana’s representative at this year’s West Africa Football Union (WAFU) competition, have landed in Senegal to play in the Zone B tournament.

The Ghana Premier League (GPL) defending champions left Ghana on Wednesday with an 18- man squad, five officials for the tournament and are  currently lodging at the Novotel Hotel in Dakar.

All Stars will face Ivorian champions AS Tanda on Friday afternoon in their tournament opener.

They are without captain Hafiz Adams who is nursing an injury.

Wa All Stars players:

Baba Musah, Eric Oppong, Alhassan Rashid, Nasiru Moro, Sadiq Alhassan, Moses Nyarko, Asuandzie Kwaku Baffoe, Jefrey Degorl, Kelvin Andoh

Nana Addai Aduku, Alex Ofosu Acheampong, David Abagna, Seth Amoateng, Seidu Rashid,

Samuel Atta Mensah, Solomon Aboagye, Seidu Mumim, Paul Asare De Veries.

The four-nation Zone B tournament will run from 31 March – 02 April. Meanwhile,WA All Stars League game against Aduana Stars on Sunday have bee postponed until further notice.
