Ghana Football Association president Kwasi Nyantakyi insists he will peacefully leave the GFA top job when the time is due.

Nyantakyi who was recently re-elected onto the FIFA Council member says he has learnt a huge lesson from Hayatou’s ousting in the recent CAF elections.

“Is a lesson we should all learn, when you [are] in leadership, a time will come that you have to move if you don’t move on you will be moved away; all of us including me. A time will come a strong wind will move you away”, Nyantakyi told the press upon arrival from Ethiopia.

Madagascar’s Ahmad Ahmad  ended Issa Hayatou’s 29 years reign as president of CAF in Addis Ababa last Thursday.

The Madagascan polled 34 votes with Hayatou securing 20 votes.
