To Preserve Your Penis, Have Sex More Often

A lack of regular blood flow to the man-hood will, over time, cause some of the tissues to die — just the same way smoking and diabetes cut short man-hood life, experts have said.

Blood flows to the man-hood when it is erect, hence the need to have a hard-on daily, even if you don’t always have s*x daily.

Indeed, Finnish researchers have confirmed that men who had s*x less than once a week at the start of a study were twice as likely to develop erectile dysfunction as those who had it at least once a week.

In the study of 1,000 men aged between 55 and 75, those who had s*x three or more times a week lowered their risk for erectile dysfunction by four-fold.

There’s no reason not to enjoy a full s*x life in old age, the researchers submit.

“We have some patients in their ’80s taking Viagra-type drugs and studies have shown that a regular s*x life can prolong life, because it’s basically another form of exercise.”

The researchers condemned the myth that once you hit 65, you can’t have good s*x.

“That’s rubbish,” they said.
