Award winning Ghanaian actress Regina Adu Safowaah has revealed that fasting is the secret to her beautiful body shape.
The beautiful curvy actress noted for movies including Cheaters, House of Gold, Today’s Woman, Red Line and Love N Cheat has indicated candidly that her body shape is all down to serious fasting which she is very proud of.
The graduate of the University College of Management Studies is fast becoming one of the new faces to watch out for in the near future.
Speaking exclusively to 3news.com, a very bubbly Safowaah did not hold back on what her beauty secret was. “I believe in living young all the time and I’m young and I have to work hard to keep my body in shape.
“I don’t normally go to the gym and my beauty secret is fasting because I fast a lot so it gives me the body shape that I want. “I try the gym sometimes but trust me I love fasting and I can say that is what is making me look fit and in shape”.
Adu Sarfowaa won the African Fast Rising Actress and the best dressed on live red carpet award at the African Legends Awards which took place in Lagos, Nigeria last year.
