1. The Board/Soldier
If this is your favorite sleeping position, it indicates that you are quite, and reserved woman. Moreover, you take yourself very seriously and structured. You have high opinion and expectations for yourself and for the people around you.
2. Fetal Position
The fetal position is probably one of the most popular sleeping positions. So, if you sleep on the side with your legs curled up, it shows that you are shy, sensitive, and you worry too much. Additionally, you tend to over-think a problem and have a tough exterior.
3. The Freefall

It is believed that starfish and soldier position can lead to snoring and bad night’s sleep. On the other hand, the freefall sleeping position will aid and promote the function of the digestive system. Moreover, people who sleep with one leg or arm sticking out from under the comforter are considered to be favorite among their friends and family.
