Ace comedian Kwaku Sintim Misa has advised Ghanaian comedians to make themselves bankable to draw the government’s attention on them.
He told them to define their own paths, master their craft create publicity stunts that will put them out there in the public; rather than wait for government to come up with comedy bill as they did with the film bill.
He explained that it is the duty of the comedian to find a way make himself visible so that it will be easier for the public to bank on them.
The legendary comedian who spoke exclusively to Ghanaweb said one thing that is working against comedy in Ghana is the market size especially compared to Nigeria.
