It was not for nothing that talented rapper M.anifest shared a cute photo of a dark skinned lady on his social media page over the weekend; he was actually preparing our minds for the release of the official video of his track Palm Wine & Whisky ft. Dex Kwasi
The video which has got almost 10, 000 people subscribing on You Tube since it was published yesterday brings the appreciation of beauty and feeling tipsy to a common place.
This track from his latest album ‘Nowhere Cool’ takes us back to our roots with Palm wine, (a traditional version of today’s popular liquor ‘whisky’) akin to his admiration of African beauty.
With Priscilla Opoku Agyemang aka Ahuofe Patri prominently featured in this video, one cannot deny the fact that, the track brought a perfect blend of contemporary and conventional side of the essence of a true African woman, which probably shines strongly through the eyes connected to a tongue that has tasted some liquor.
